About RAY
The Regional Alliance for Youth (RAY) is a coalition of community leaders committed to impacting systemic change in the way in which services and resources are provided for the youth of East Central Illinois through its Lumpkin Family Foundation supported grant program and coalition-building initiatives.
Through the Youths Future Grant Program and various coalition-building initiatives, RAY seeks to improve the system serving youth
- by connecting organizations with one another to reach common goals;
- by connecting to support common purposes;
- by connecting youth services to funders and
- by connecting organizations to their intended beneficiaries.
RAY envisions a child- and family-friendly region in which all children have access to the resources and services needed to realize their future potential.
